Return Policy

Our 30-day return policy means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it - unworn or unused & with tags; preferably in its original packaging, although it is ok if the package is opened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This is usually the email you received confirming your purchase or the packing list found in your shipping package. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, email us at return@buddiesandbabes.co informing us of the items you want to return. Sending us a photo(s) of the item(s) you are returning will help to expedite your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as, instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective/damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue to make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods/grooming products. And as mentioned above, we do not accept items for return that have been used or items that were on sale at your time of purchase or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to the same payment method you used to purchase the order for the amount of the item(s) returned, plus the tax for the item(s). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
